At the age of just five, Liam Phillips became a BMX rider and, ever since, has dedicated his life to the sport he loves. He won his first European title when he was only 10 years old and, today, is right at the top of his sport, having won British, European, and World Championship medals as well as becoming the first rider in history to be crowned World Cup champion in two consecutive seasons. Now a three time Olympian, Liam has no fewer than eleven gold medals to his name from UCI BMX World Championships and UCI BMX Supercross World Cup events.
Pulsar X and Liam; a perfect match.
The Pulsar X collection is designed for action sports and for the people who practise them at the highest level. As one of the world’s top BMX riders, Liam is a natural choice as an ambassador for the collection, particularly as he loves watches and knows a good one when he sees it! From today onwards, Liam will now wear Pulsar X as he tours the world in search of further success. Liam now has his eyes set on the 2017 season, with racing in the World Cup events and the World Championships firmly on the agenda, with racing in the USA also being a possibility. Liam’s new long-term goal is Tokyo 2020.
